Ilana Tolpin Levitt: Speaker and Workshop Coordinator

Ilana Tolpin Levitt is thrilled to announce her upcoming presentation at the California Placement Association's virtual webinar on May 17th, 2023.

Ilana’s virtual workshop, "Are Career Struggles Hereditary?", will discuss the importance of self-coaching as a tool for reframing circumstances and retraining thoughts to increase positive actions and results. She hopes to provide attendees with valuable insights and strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving their career goals, whether they are currently employed or searching for a job.

As a licensed professional counselor and career development specialist, Ilana has a private career counseling and consulting practice. She also works as the Senior Director of Organizational Development in Human Resources at The New School, where she specializes in performance management, leadership development, staff engagement, and culture.

Ilana is also a public speaker and workshop facilitator, with a focus on the intersection of the workplace, career, and mental health. Her topics range from leadership development to imposter syndrome, work-life balance, workplace change, meaning-making, and more.
